WhatsApp is the front door. It is not the only one.
WhatsApp is where South Africans actually reply, so it is what we answer first — and every link below opens a chat with the message already written, to edit or to send as it is. If you would rather have a time in the diary or put it in writing, those routes are here too and they reach the same person.
No contact form on this page on purpose. A form is one more place an enquiry can sit unanswered, and we would rather the message land somewhere a person is already looking.
02 — What to bring
Four things make the first conversation useful.
None of them are compulsory. Send what you have and we will work with it.

03 — Straight answers
Before you message.
Is the fifteen minutes really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation at the end of it. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is what you will get.
How are you priced?
Fixed price per project, agreed before work starts. Studio deliverables have published starting figures on What we do; Systems and Signal are quoted on scope because they depend on what you already have.
Do you work outside Pretoria?
Yes, nationwide. Johannesburg is an hour away and we are there constantly; beyond Gauteng, shoots may carry travel, and the systems and readout work does not care where you are at all.
Can you work with the agency we already have?
Usually. The return path sits underneath whoever is making the work, so it can be installed without replacing anyone.
What if we have no numbers at all?
That is the ordinary case, and it is the problem rather than a disqualification. The first thing we build is the thing that produces them.
Do we have to sign a retainer?
No. Most work is fixed-scope with a readout at the end. Ongoing support exists if you want it, and is not a condition of anything.
